At the beginning of your search, Dan asks questions to find out what’s important. Defiant Realty has access to thousands of apartments and this tailored process allows Dan to cull the list down to the top choices available. “Questions take time and questions save time,” he says. “It’s not just about responding to a person’s concerns, but asking about things they may have not even thought of that are unique to the New York process.”
Dan received his B.A. from Franklin and Marshall College and was a member of the Delta Sigma Phi fraternity. He graduated from George Washington University Law School where he became Chief of Staff of the Student Bar Association and Captain of the softball team. There he also made history being the first person voted, “Worst Singer” two years in a row in GW’s “Law Revue” show. Prior to founding Defiant Realty was a practicing litigation attorney. He hobbies include rooting for the Yankees, playing sports, chess, and writing comedy.
