Dan received his B.A. from Franklin and Marshall College and was a member of the Delta Sigma Phi fraternity.  He graduated from George Washington University Law School where he became Chief of Staff of the Student Bar Association and Captain of the softball team. There he also made history being the first person voted, “Worst Singer” two years in a row in GW’s “Law Revue” show.  Prior to founding Defiant Realty was a practicing litigation attorney.  He hobbies include rooting for the Yankees, playing sports, chess, and writing comedy.

Prior to real estate James worked as a hotelier, ensuring his guests had top notch service and managing room prices to make sure they were competitive.  He attended University of Rhode Island and Seton Hall Prep.  In his free time enjoys bowling, cooking, and soccer.
